I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how happy we are that we decided to advertise with SFTV. It seemed costly at first and was a big decision for us but it has paid off ten-fold. We see many customers that say they saw the ad on the hotel tv and they are happy to find a store like ours so close to where they are staying. The piece is very professional and tells our story very clearly. They spend money and I would say it takes about four customer transactions per month to pay for the ad. I am sure there are more customers that shop with us as a result of the advertising, that do not even tell us how they heard of us. SFTV is now our sole advertising piece and I would recommend it to anybody that wants the tourist trade in SF. It is money very well spent. Thank you again for your professionalism and your service and all the extra time and care you have taken with our account to make us happy. I know we will have a long and successful relationship.

The Grand Hyatt San Francisco contracted with SFTV in 1985 to provide our rooms with a 30 minute video of the city and surrounding areas. The video has proven to be helpful in providing our guests with a vast knowledge of places to go which in return makes their trip more fulfilling. Through the proficiency and enthusiasm of SFTV, we were successfully able to obtain an accurate and entertaining video presentation describing aspects of the Grand Hyatt San Francisco and our beautiful city.
